The philosophy of Nuragic Shamanic Healing is based on a deep connection with the shamanic practices of the Nuragic civilization of Sardinia, aiming to promote spiritual healing and holistic well-being, such as:
Connection with Nature and Ancestors: My practices aim to awaken the bond with nature and ancestral energies, rediscovering the memories and wisdom of the Nuragic people.
Use of Rituals and Sacred Chants: I utilize rituals, chants, and ceremonies to rebalance vital energies, purify the spirit, and facilitate healing.
Meditation and Shamanic Journey: Through guided meditation and shamanic journeying, I explore inner consciousness, promote self-reflection, and allow access to profound states of awareness.
Balance Between Body, Mind, and Spirit: I believe in the importance of harmonizing body, mind, and spirit for overall health and vitality, reconnecting the individual with universal forces.
Rediscovering Personal Essence: I am dedicated to fostering the discovery and awakening of each individual's authentic essence through a path of personal and spiritual growth.
My role as a Shamanic Teacher is characterized by humility, reverence, and a commitment to passing on the ancient wisdom of Sardinia to those who seek it. I am empowers my students to embrace their own spiritual journey, encouraging them to develop their unique gifts and become agents of positive change in the world.
My approach to teaching and working is deeply intertwined with the symbolism of ancient Sardinian civilizations, spanning from the pre-Nuragic Neolithic period to the Nuragic Iron Age. I delve into the profound wisdom of Sardinia's totemic animals, particularly focusing on the Sacred Bovine. From time immemorial, the island of Sardinia has been enveloped by the ancient energies of the Bovine, our totemic animal since the Neolithic era through to the Nuragic period. By examining the symbolism etched into the mysterious Domus de Janas and the majestic towers of the Nuraghi, we can grasp the significance that this animal held in our ancient culture.
In the ancient and animistic world of Sardinia, the Bovine not only symbolized sacred identity but also embodied daily life itself. In an era where the boundaries between the sacred and the profane were blurred, the Bovine served as a conduit between gods and humans, embodying the divinities that walked among us.
My purpose is that the ancient wisdom of my land land remains alive and vibrant for generations to come.
I am an approved member of the IPHM, an accreditation board for Holistic Complementary Alternative therapists and Training Providers. MY EXPERIENCE
After achieving my artistic studies, I deepened my exploration of the symbolism of Neolithic rock art and that of the Irish Neolithic. At the same time, I embarked on archaeological studies, delving particularly into the Nuragic and pre-Nuragic periods of Sardinia. I stopped there, understanding that my path was not to become an archaeologist, but rather, I discovered a profound love for the history of my land. I began pursuing training studies in the holistic field, both in Italy and abroad. I became passionate about Tarot and the study of archetypes used as tools for awareness. I started to explore teachings and practices of shamanism from various cultures abroad, which I have chosen to connect to my ancient roots, more specifically to the recovery and awakening of ancient Nuragic spirituality by creating The Nuragic Medicine Wheel
As the founder and practitioner at Nuragic Shamanic Healing, I've had the opportunity to develop and apply essential skills to promote holistic wellness and personal growth through ancient Sardinian healing practices. Here are the key skills I’ve refined along the way:

Designing and Organizing Spiritual Retreats: I’ve created immersive and transformative experiences in Sardinia, managing the logistics and organization of every aspect of the retreat to foster a deep reconnection with nature and one’s inner self.

Through these skills, my goal is to inspire a holistic approach to life and promote the rediscovery of spiritual roots to foster long-term personal growth and well-being.
In 2021, I created my first Orcle Deck : Nuragic Moon Oracle, inspired by the Sardinian Goddesses of the Nuragic civilisation and the earlier cultures.
Currently, I am creating the Nuragic Temple. Staying within the Nuragic Temple is an experience that goes beyond a simple tourist visit. It's an opportunity to reflect on your connection with nature and your place in the grand scheme of the universe. It's a moment of silence and contemplation, where you can be guided by the wisdom of the ancients and the breathtaking beauty of Sardinia.
