RESIDENTIAL SHAMANIC EXPERIENCE

Discover the 4 Animal Archetypes of the Nuragic Medicine Wheel: The Barn Owl, The Sardinian Deer, The Wild Boar, The Cattle/Bull. We will learn the symbolic correspondences of the directions, the elements of nature, the seasons, the spirits of nature, colors, crystals, herbs, and more.
The Pintadera found in the settlement near the nuraghe Genna Maria - Villanovaforru will become our Medicine Wheel, our field of work. We will encounter the medicines and gifts of the four animal archetypes and through them, we will encounter ourselves, our actions, emotions, and thoughts that we activate in our daily and energetic/spiritual life.
Inspired by the Medicine Wheels of other cultures and by the study of the pintadera of Genna and Maria of Villanovaforru, already a subject of study by Federico Melis and Nicola De Pasquale classifying it as a Sardinian Agricultural Calendar, with equinoxes and solstices. You will learn the symbolic and analogical correspondences between each direction and the elements of nature, the seasons, the spirits of nature, colors, and much more.
PROGRAM AND WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE EXPERIENCE:
(Possibility to arrive in Esterzili and stay in a share apartament from Friday, March 22 evening included in the retreat price)
DAY ONE: March 23, 2024
At 10:30 AM meeting in Piazza Sant' Ignazio in Esterzili to go together to Mount Santa Vittoria in the Archaeological Area where we will start our first part of the practical and intensive workshop on the Nuragic Medicine Wheel.
East Archetype: Barn Owl
South Archetype: Deer
At 1:30 PM Lunch with organic local products buffet set up on a stone table under the pines.
At 4:00 PM Second Part.
West Archetype: The Wild Boar
North Archetype: Cow/Bull.
Fifth - Sixth and Seventh Direction.
At 9:00 PM Dinner in the Village.
DAY TWO: Sunday, March 24, 2024
At 10:00 AM we meet in Piazza Sant' Ignazio in Esterzili to go together to Mount Santa Vittoria in the Archaeological Area where the Initiation Ceremony of the Nuragic Rites will take place in the sacred archaeological area.
Sharing Circle
At 1:30 PM Lunch
At 3:00 PM visit to the Museum House with archaeological artifacts found in the sites and traditional costumes of the village.
Expected end time of the event: 5:30 PM

Pintadera Amulet, crystal and herb set + Manual and IPHM International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine Certificate.
Participants will also be registered as Nuragic Custodians on the official Nuragic Shamanic Healing website.
